It was sad hearing the passing of Dolly, so I thought I would do a little tribute drawing. As much as I don’t think I’ve got her face to the point its instantly recognisable, I do like the way its come out though.

No, I’m sorry, I think you are wrong. It’s a very recognisable face. If I had to point out something, Dolly’s smile was not quite that symmetrical in her youth, but maybe it was in your reference photo? And Even then, that’s not enough to make you think it’s not a recognisable face.
